I had this Dual 521 used from Germany. It's a beautiful turntable !! All black with a red strobe light. When the platter turns it has a disco ball effect to it I bought this Dual 521 used from Germany. It's a beautiful turntable !! All black with a red strobe light. When the platter turns it has a disco ball effect to it! It cannot stack records as the metal part or spindle in the middle hole cannot be taken out. It was defective , or I was fooled. I had to change the belt. So I did, but now it only plays 45rpms correctly. If I change the speed to 33 it won't have it and keeps playing at 45!! Also the automatic function doesnt work and the arm doesnt move towards the record or back. If you are familiar with this model and you know how to fix these problems, contact me. DUAL 1211 bettor EF-11 turntable solid state receiver / amplifier Hi Everyone, This is my Dual 1211 fully automatic record changer. It comes with the amplifier in one unit. Everything works great, except that there is not sound from one of the speakers. The problem is not with the speaker, simply there is no feed from the unit. The unit has a radio too and it has the same problem, no output from that speaker. If you know how to fix this and can give me instructions I would appreciate it.
