These are the pair of really sweet "lobo" or "wolf" dogs in my neighbourhood. They are very calm and they let me pad them and touch them. There is a third dog of that breed in the neighbourhood. He is much older. He moves really slowly which might mean he is really old. But he is so sweet. It is owned by a hairdresser that has a barber shop in the hood! I had gone out for a stroll hoping some fresh air would lift my mood. But not even such a cute site could cheer me up. It was one of those days I had to think about my future. Here I am in my late 30s and still without an apartment of my own. Still renting. A friend from the UK saw my apartment and couldn't believe the ton of money I was paying for the shithole I live in. My stomach is not in good shape this morning and I'm in pain. I nervously had too many chips with soda while watching the Eurocup final. Then with the heat and the noise of the illegal fireworks it wasn't easy to sleep. Its warm and one is still scared to turn on the air conditioning. The electricity bill was already high in Spain, now they have increased it 11%. The stupid Minister of economy has the nerves to say that the price increase will provoke "responsible usage". Right! The only thing it provokes in me is anger and a desire to kick someone in the balls. Balls which he doesnt have since he misserably lost in the local elections last time. Oh, on the cute note, a co-worker of mine went to Austria to see the final game between Spain and Germany. Hola, Estoy apuntado en su programa de vivienda en Madrid. La verdad es que con tanta necesidad de vivienda que hay, los sorteos de "el Plan de Vivienda de Madrid" no me causan ninguna esperanza, ya que es dificil que de yo sea una de las 200 personas afortunadas de un sorteo de entre probablemente mas de 20000 solicitudes. Y si no vives en mostoles o en las afueras de la ciudad, parece que no tienes ninguna oportunidad. Yo vivo en el centro. Ayer miré prestamos bancarios y asi quede totalmente seguro que voy a morir alquilando habitaciones de señoras jubiladas que no me dejan empadronarme donde vivo, porque el estado si se entera les quita la pension!
