La pelicula Vals Con Bashir se estrena en España 13/2/2009. Yo lo vi el otro dia en italiano. Y eso que nunca veo pelis, ya que no tengo paciencia. El diseño graphico es alucinante. Es medio documental, medio fantasía. Sirve tambien para recordar o conocer algo de la historia de la guerra civil de Libano. El titulo se refiere a un soldado israeli tiroteando mientras giraba debajo de un mural con la imagen de Bashir Gemayel. La pelicula ademas tiene sentido de humor, como veis en estas imagenes:

Last night I saw the movie MILK so I became a bit nostalgic about the Bay Area where I spent many years of my life. Now with the shitty weather we have in Madrid, I miss California's sunshine more than ever. Though the reality is that the grass is always greener on the other side. So anyway, in my nostalgic mode I went to recover some old photos from San Francisco. Unfortunately most of the pictures I took there were in the 90s and back then I used a normal camera that uses a negative and I also don't appear in the pics so they are annonymous. Its funny that despite all efforts to keep backups on hard drives and Cd's, how easitly the material gets lost. It took me hours to recover these fotos. These ones are not that old, but at least I'm in them. It was towards the END of my US stay, right before leaving for good. They are all from January 2004, a very horrible time in my life. But I'll go see MILK as it is an important part of our civil rights history. Since unfortunately these days people learn their history from movies, its great to see that this story also gets its movie. It was everydays talk within the community in the Bay Area, but not too well known outside the US.

Eran los años 80 y había un programa de radio FM en España emitido por Radio 3 (publica - rne FM ) que era presentada por dos chicas de lo mas descaradas y sin pelos en la lengua que había. Todas las palabrotas existentes las aprendimos de ellas dos. El cachondo del conductor, tenia el programa "Con la Radio Puesta" de Radio 3 sonando a todo dar por las altavoces. Las dos chicas del programa por supuesto estaban soltando una guarería tras otra. Mientras yo me moría de risa, ví como una abuela delante de mi escandal...

What do youTube & Croatian Catamaran captains have in common? Unethical practices !! I just came back from Croatia ( Hrvatska ). It was my second trip there. The first one was last year, but because I have a regular office job, I didnt have enough time to see many places so I completed the missing parts this year. Namely this time I visited the islands of Korcula and Hvar. The journey started in Pescara where I took an expensive ferry to Stari Grad. Ferries like these are more expensive than airplains. Both Hvar and Korcula are breathtakingly beautiful. In the future weeks I will post the pictures I took. So anyway, I was having the time of my life and I was going to come back to Spain raving about Croatia, when some mother fucker boat captain had to fuck-up the last stretch of the trip. These islands are poorly communicated as ferries and catamarans show-up only once a day. There are equally few buses for the same reason, because they have to get on the ferries to cross into ...
