Mixing and Meshing RSS Feeds with feedity and yahoo pipes Yahoo Pipes allows you to mix several RSS feeds together and also Mesh and mix with them images. You can aggregate web feeds, web pages and then publish them either on sites or as widgets. It has utilities that allow you to crop and filter the results and create a personalized mix. A pipe can be created that takes the RSS feed of a page and adds a photo to it from Flickr based on keywords. There is a video tutorial available here. Thre is also a site called Feedity.com that is supposed to help you create a feed for a site that does not have an RSS feed. It didn't work too well for me, but I'll have to give it a try couple of more times. Warning : Feedity's front page is badly designed. It allows you to create feeds without registering. Avoiding Nokia's Way: Software to extract content out of .NBU Nokia Backups If you have recent models of Nokia cell phone and you have tried backing up , you may realize that their annoying PC-Suite software doesnt allow you to go and extract individual content. Instead it only allows you to backup the phone, but this backup is a single file with the weird format of .NBU . This is very annoying as you may want to access a single item and it wont let you. Plus these .NBU files can be large. Thankfully some guy has created a Software that allows extracting content out of these .NBU files. This way you are able to extract contacts, old sms or in my case "notes" that I had made on my phone and couldnt pull out of my Nokia N series phone using windows exploerer.
