I was contacted by this attractive person that lives with animals in the coutryside outside Brussels in Belgium. So it occured to me to try the sattelite images of GoogleMaps to see where that was and what it looked like. Then I wondered if GoogleMaps worked with Tehran. It sure did work and very good quality too. Because of the criminal Ayatollah regime in place over there I cannot visit that town. So I tried looking for my old street using GoogleMaps. There is a site called Wikimapia : Wikimapia.org WikiMapia allows you to mark sections of the sattelite map and write notes about the buildings you see. Its been 30 years since I had seen that street. I had overheard stories that our old house had been torn down and a tall building had replaced it. What I was shocked from the sattelite images is that I cannot see the "river" near our house and I cant see the bridge over the river. Can it be that in only 30 years they have killed the river? It looks completely different. ...
