Two day impression of Marrakesh I'm typing this using the free WIFI at the backpackers hostal I'm staying. It's amazing how well WIFI works each time I've visited Marocco. It also worked well when I visited Rabat last christmas. I've also been to Fez . I came here hoping to get some sun, but it has been raining. It is a bit warmer than Italy. Apparently for Christmas children are given percussion instruments and they play them during this period. So some kid neighbour of the Riad (hostal) has been giving me a major headache. You also meet fellow travellers, and so I bumped into a lady who has been bringing me up to date with the high tech industry in the Bay Area where she works. I preferred Rabat to Marrakesh, but it might be more enjoyable than Fez. However, don't expect that much out of it. Two full days is sufficient to see it all. It has about 6 or 7 palaces to see.
